Todd has served the Arkansas Annual Conference through many Bishops, District Superintendents, Clergy and Laity. He speaks highly of the talented and gifted servants of the Conference whom have contributed preparing God's Kingdom. His light as a laity servant of the Lord encourages all to claim their calling.
